The interior is modern and our room was comfortable.

The shower head was in need of descaling and was off-putting. The bathroom cleanliness was lacking, with mildew on the sink and mold in the shower area. Parking on the narrow streets was challenging and not the most convenient.

The breakfast was rich and gorgeous with great views, and the staff was willing to help. The staff were immensely pleasant and pleasant and kept the place immaculately clean. The property was in the heart of the city.

The hotel staff were accommodating, offering local recommendations, made exploring Plovdiv much easier.

The bathroom cleanliness was lacking and had mildew around the sink and mold in the shower area, disappointing.

We loved exploring the historical area nearby, and the whole family felt at home! The place offered cable programming, perfect for nighttime relaxation after a day of sightseeing. Plus, it was great to be with our pets in such a cute environment.

My kids wished there were more games or activities for them around the hotel.

Lovely spacious room with a groot lekker shower! Staff went out of their way, even helping me with a taxi. The location was great, just a short stroll to everything that matters in the old town. The brekkie was on point too!

The only thing, my room was a tad close to the common area, so a but noisy at times. No serious deal though!

Had a wonderful time in a spacious Double Room with Balcony, where I really enjoyed the peaceful vibes and lovely breakfast spread. The chill garden area is perfect for unwinding, especially with the cozy seating and charming plants. The Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin the overall experience! 🌼
